Terms of Service

SEODash is operated by Blauer Digital Ltd ("SEODash", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEODash, including our marketing website at seodash.com, the application at app.seodash.com, public share and report pages, any SEODash browser extension, and related features and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, connecting a Google property, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

For questions about these Terms, contact info@seodash.com.

Who Can Use SEODash

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you, and with the terms of any third-party services you connect, including Google.

Consumers and Business Users

If you use the Service wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft, or profession, you are a business user, and the consumer cancellation rights described in the section "Your Cancellation Rights as a Consumer" do not apply to you. If you use the Service wholly for personal purposes outside any trade, business, craft, or profession, you are a consumer and those rights apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights that you have as a consumer and that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

Your Account

You create and access your account using Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login credentials and any API keys secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at info@seodash.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

What the Service Provides

SEODash is an SEO analytics product. It connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 so you can view dashboards, monitor SEO performance, inspect indexing issues, create and schedule reports, receive alerts, save views, add annotations, and get recommendations and forecasts inside your SEODash account. The specific features available to you depend on your plan and on the permissions you grant.

Connecting Google Search Console and GA4

SEODash accesses your Google data only after you authorize access through Google OAuth. The scopes requested depend on the features you use and the permissions you grant. You represent that you have the right to access and act on the Google properties you connect.

Some features are write-enabled and run only when you initiate them. These include verifying a domain through Google Site Verification, adding a verified domain property to Google Search Console, submitting a sitemap to Search Console, and helping configure a bring-your-own BigQuery export flow that you start. SEODash does not perform these actions automatically and does not delete your sitemaps, properties, or data.

Our use of data received through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You remain responsible for your own compliance with Google's terms, and you can revoke SEODash's access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revoking access stops future access by SEODash, while data already imported is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Data Protection and Processing

Where you connect Google properties containing personal data relating to your own clients or end users, you act as the controller of that data and SEODash acts as your processor, processing it on your instructions only to provide the Service. Each party will comply with the data protection laws that apply to it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you require a separate data processing agreement to cover this processing, contact us at info@seodash.com and we will make one available.

Your Data and Content

As between you and SEODash, you retain all rights to the data accessed from your connected properties and to the content you create in the Service, such as saved views, filters, tags, annotations, alerts, reports, and share links. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that data and content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you create and for anything you choose to share.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to access or act on Google properties you do not have permission to manage. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law. You agree not to scrape the Service, circumvent usage limits, free-trial eligibility rules, or security measures, resell or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted, introduce malware, or place an unreasonable load on our systems or API. We may set and enforce account, rate, and trial limits, and take reasonable measures to detect and prevent abuse.

Sharing Features

If you create public dashboard or report links, API keys, webhooks, or scheduled report recipients, you choose to share the relevant data with anyone who receives or can access those links, endpoints, keys, or emails. You are responsible for managing this access, for treating API keys as secrets, and for revoking links or keys you no longer want active.

Browser Extension

If you use the SEODash browser extension, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it subject to these Terms. The extension can run local technical SEO checks on pages you visit. If you connect it to your SEODash account with an API key, it may send the active page's origin and path to SEODash to resolve whether the page belongs to a connected property and to show relevant Search Console metrics. Query strings and URL fragments are stripped before being sent.

Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. The applicable fees, billing frequency, and plan features are presented to you at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. We store billing and subscription metadata but do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within your account, and we make cancellation as straightforward as signing up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees are exclusive of taxes, including VAT where applicable, and you are responsible for any such taxes. We may change our pricing, and any change will take effect from your next billing period after we give you reasonable notice.

If we offer a free trial, we will tell you when it ends and before any charge is taken, and you can cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription without being charged. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or limit your access until it is resolved. Except for the cancellation rights described in the next section and except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Your Cancellation Rights as a Consumer

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. This is called the cooling-off period.

Because the Service provides immediate access, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin providing the Service straight away and you acknowledge that this affects your cancellation right as follows. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a refund, but we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period of access you have already had, calculated against the full price of the subscription. Once the subscription period you paid for has been fully supplied within the cooling-off period, you lose the right to cancel for that period.

To cancel within the cooling-off period, you can cancel from within your account or notify us in writing at info@seodash.com. You do not have to use a particular form, as long as your decision to cancel is clear. We will make any refund due without undue delay, and within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, using the same payment method you used to pay.

Where the law gives you a further cooling-off period after a free trial converts to a paid subscription, or after a subscription of 12 months or more renews automatically, we will honor that right and tell you how to exercise it. These cancellation rights are in addition to your other statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to a service carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks (including the SEODash name and logo), is owned by Blauer Digital Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, and you may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, which may include Google, Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Cloud, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms. In particular, your use of Google Search Console and Google Analytics is subject to Google's terms and policies.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be offered on a pre-launch, preview, or beta basis, and these are provided "as is" and may change or be withdrawn.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and product data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you remove a property, SEODash stops tracking it, and its data and settings may be retained for up to 30 days so you can restore it, then purged. If you delete your account, we disable access, revoke Google grants where possible, revoke public links, API keys, webhooks, and report tokens, and schedule permanent deletion. Hard deletion may take up to 90 days because of backup, storage, and verification processes, and some limited records may be retained or anonymized where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or financial records.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analytics, forecasts, recommendations, or insights provided through the Service are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular SEO or business result. This information is provided for your use and you rely on it at your own discretion. Data originates from Google and other sources and may be delayed, incomplete, sampled, or subject to change. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, and nothing in this section affects those rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither SEODash nor Blauer Digital Ltd will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and, if you are a consumer, your statutory rights and any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

Indemnification

If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blauer Digital Ltd and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, the data and content in your account, the properties you connect, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create legal risk or security exposure for us or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the Service. On termination, your license to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app, the website, or email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent, while we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to us should be sent to info@seodash.com.
