Privacy Policy

SEODash is operated by Blauer Digital Ltd ("SEODash", "we", "us", or "our"), the data controller responsible for your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data when you use SEODash, including our marketing website at seodash.com, the app at app.seodash.com, public share/report pages, and any SEODash browser extension.

Blauer Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16749729, with its registered office at C/O Pollock Accounting Ltd, 3 - 4 Sentinel Square, London, United Kingdom, NW4 2EL. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@seodash.com.

What SEODash Does

SEODash is an SEO analytics product. It connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 so you can view dashboards, monitor SEO performance, inspect indexing issues, create reports, receive alerts, save views, add annotations, and get recommendations and forecasts inside your SEODash account.

Data We Collect

We collect account data such as your Google account email address, name, avatar, Google account identifier, login records, session metadata, device metadata, country, user agent, and security events.

When you connect Google properties, we collect the Google permissions you grant, encrypted Google access and refresh tokens, connected Search Console sites, GA4 properties, property URLs, GA4 property IDs, data-stream metadata, permission status, and connection status.

From Google Search Console, we may access search analytics data such as queries, pages, countries, devices, dates, search type, impressions, clicks, CTR, average position, URL inspection results, sitemap data, and property ownership or verification information.

From GA4, we may access analytics data such as landing pages, source/medium, channels, sessions, engagement, conversions, key events, revenue, advertising cost when exposed through GA4, content-group data, and related report dimensions and metrics.

If you use write-enabled features, we may use Google permissions to verify a domain through Google Site Verification, add a verified domain property to Google Search Console, submit a sitemap to Search Console, or help configure a bring-your-own BigQuery export flow that you initiate.

We also collect product settings and content you create in SEODash, such as saved views, filters, tags, annotations, alerts, notification preferences, reports, scheduled report recipients, public share links, webhooks, API keys, browser-extension settings, support messages, and billing status.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide, secure, and improve SEODash. This includes authenticating you, connecting your Google properties, displaying analytics, retaining historical reporting beyond Google’s standard UI window, generating forecasts and recommendations, sending alerts and reports, processing payments, preventing abuse, enforcing account limits, debugging errors, and maintaining service reliability.

We do not use Google Search Console or GA4 data from your SEODash account for advertising, retargeting, selling audience segments, credit decisions, or data-broker activity.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases. We process your account data and connected Google data to perform our contract with you and provide the Service you request. We rely on our legitimate interests to secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, debug and improve features, and understand product usage, balanced against your rights and freedoms. We rely on consent for non-essential analytics and advertising trackers on our marketing website and for optional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time. We process some data to comply with legal obligations, such as financial and tax record keeping.

Google API Data

SEODash only accesses Google user data after you authorize access through Google OAuth. The scopes requested depend on the features you use and permissions you grant.

SEODash’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google API data only to provide or improve user-facing SEODash features. We do not sell Google API data. We do not transfer Google API data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use Google API data for personalized ads or retargeting. We do not use Google API data to train general-purpose AI models or advertising models.

Human access to Google API data is limited to cases where it is needed to provide support you request, investigate security or abuse issues, comply with law, or review aggregated/internal operational information.

You can revoke SEODash’s Google access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revoking access stops future access by SEODash, but data already imported into SEODash remains until you remove the property, delete your account, or ask us to delete it.

Marketing Website Tracking

The marketing website at seodash.com may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to measure traffic, improve campaigns, personalize marketing, retarget visitors, and measure ad conversions. These tools may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and similar advertising or analytics tools.

Marketing trackers may collect website events, pages viewed, referrers, device and browser data, approximate location, IP address, cookie identifiers, ad click identifiers, and conversion events. Where required by law, non-essential analytics and advertising trackers run only after you consent. You can withdraw or change consent through the cookie preferences link on the marketing site.

Product data from your SEODash account, including Google Search Console and GA4 data accessed through OAuth, is handled separately from marketing website tracking and is not sent to advertising platforms for retargeting.

Cookies And Product Analytics

The app may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for login, security, session management, saved preferences, and core product functionality.

The app may also use product analytics and error monitoring to understand feature usage, reliability, and performance. We configure these tools to avoid sending OAuth tokens, raw report/share tokens, sensitive headers, and customer analytics data where possible.

Sharing And Processors

We share data with service providers that help us run SEODash, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, security, payment, email, analytics, error monitoring, and infrastructure providers. These may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Cloud, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, and similar vendors.

We may share limited data if required by law, to protect SEODash and users, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

If you create public dashboard links, report links, webhooks, API keys, or scheduled report recipients, you choose to share the relevant data with whoever receives or can access those links, endpoints, keys, or emails.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and our primary database is hosted in the UK (London region). Some of our service providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These include providers such as Stripe, Resend, Sentry, Cloudflare, and Google Cloud. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or a finding of adequacy where one applies. Contact us at info@seodash.com for more information about these safeguards.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, subscription, product, price, billing status, and renewal metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

Browser Extension

If you use the SEODash browser extension, it can run local technical SEO checks on pages you visit. If you connect it to your SEODash account with an API key, it may send the active page’s origin and path to SEODash to resolve whether the page belongs to a connected property and to show relevant Search Console metrics. Query strings and URL fragments are stripped before being sent.

Retention And Deletion

We keep account and product data while your account is active and as needed to provide SEODash.

If you remove a property, SEODash stops tracking it. Property data and settings may be retained for up to 30 days so you can restore the property, then purged.

If you delete your account, we disable access, revoke Google grants where possible, revoke public links/API keys/webhooks/report tokens, and schedule permanent deletion. Hard deletion may take up to 90 days because of backup, storage, and verification processes. Some limited records may be retained or anonymized where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or financial records.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transport, encryption for sensitive stored credentials, account-scoped access controls, row-level security, token revocation, rate limits, logging redaction, and restricted employee/contractor access.

No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for consent-based processing, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale/share of personal data where applicable.

To exercise privacy rights, contact info@seodash.com.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider contacting us before you approach the regulator.

Children

SEODash is not intended for children and must not be used by anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
